As the Social Influence Marketer, you will be managing the Splashscore user-facing presence on social networks. Creativity combined with analytics is key in this role as you consistently monitor performance of your innovative  influencer growth hacking. You’ll be taught best practices to optimize exposure and engagement and be held accountable for user & social media growth. The product team will work closely with you to set performance metrics and listen to your suggestions from the user-community. Most importantly, we want you to learn fast and have fun – like our team does!

DO YOU:

  • Spend days dreaming about a ‘work hard, play hard’ start-up environment?
  • Possess creativity and out-of-the-box thinking that parallels Disney’s?

  • Grow Facebook page to 100k Likes, Twitter to 20k Followers driving app engagement
  • Host Twitter Parties reaching millions of followers and resulting in trending topic
  • Develop Pinterest or Instagram presence
  • Lead social marketing campaigns on email with thousands of subscribers
  • Create innovative social campaigns utilizing online-promotion budget

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong communication and and English-language skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality with work
  • A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary
  • Marketing, or Community Management experience encouraged, but not required
